Over the next few weeks at Crossfit 905 we are going to be talking about goals, setting smart goals, and working with our members to try to plan for success. Start thinking about some different goals you may have in health, fitness, wellness, etc. It doesn't need to be just gym related - your mental state can have a significant impact on your success. Think of smaller, realistic goals, and also consider some larger and long-term goals or milestones you would like to reach. We will have more on this in the coming weeks - stay tuned!
