CrossFit 905 Kids

AGES 4-6




CrossFit 905 Kids is a non-competitive, non-intimidating and most of all fun program that incorporates physical fitness through play such as obstacle courses and group games. Our program is chosen to meet the children's developmental stage.




The kids will learn fundamental movement skills related to stability, locomotion and manipulation.

Physical Awareness:

Kids will learn to apply the concepts: body actions, spatial awareness and effort awareness.


Kids will learn interpersonal, and social skills


Kids will learn character development, critical and creative thinking skills.

Our Healthy kids program introduces physical literacy through functional movements in a simple, age appropriate way in order to help children improve the efficiancy and effectiveness of their movements such as running, hopping, throwing, catching and jumping.  In a fun, safe and positive environment.

FItness kickboxing Specialist level 1 certification (2014)

Children’s Fitness Coach certification (2016)

First aid, CPR (kids and adults) and Defibrillator (Recertified in October 2019)
